First Day Of School!

"So do not fear, for I am am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I with uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

I hope you all had a great week! This past week was pretty good, it was a lot of preparation for today, the first day of school. This is my first year of going to somewhere for school in my whole life. I took Pre-Algebra and went to study hall. I was kinda nervous, but pretty excited.

I first went to Pre-Algebra. I met another girl named Abigail (so now I know 4 girls including myself my age who are named Abigail) and we walked in together. The class was set up with the teacher's desk at the front and then three small tables facing her on the right and the left. There were only 9 people and the tables are meant for two people each and the seats were assigned. Sadly, I ended up by myself in the very back on the left lol. But luckily, 8 of the 9 kids are girls, so I have a better chance of making friends. We went through the first few sections of the first chapter and did a couple problems but overall it was pretty light because it was the first day so overall it was pretty good. Then I walked to study hall. I sat across from a girl named Ashlyn who is also in Pre-Algebra with me and it turns out we have all of our classes together which is cool. Then, a big swarm of highschoolers came in to study hall at about 11:30 so they could talk and eat before their various classes so for that half hour of study hall it was sooooooooooooooo loud and everyone was eating but oh well. During study hall all I did was read, eat, and do some homework. After study hall I sat outside and waited to be picked up. Overall the day was good and I enjoyed school. Sorry this post is kinda boring but it's fine. Have a great week and come back next week to hear more about school and anything else. Bye!

5 things you probably don't know about me

Brothers,  join in imitating me, and keep your eyes on those who walk  according to the example you have in us.  For  many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you  even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ.   Their end is destruction,  their god is their belly, and  they glory in their shame, with  minds set on earthly things.   But  our citizenship is in heaven, and  from it we  await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,     who will transform  our lowly body  to be like his glorious body,  by the power that enables him even  to subject all things to himself. Philippians 3:17-21 Once again, I'm so sorry for not blogging this past week. I was at D-Camp, which is a camp where my church and a bunch of our sister churches have a camp for middle-schoolers and we get to know each other and God more. The Bible verse above was actually the theme for it. Camp was super fun by the...
