San Antonio

Hi! This past weekend was really fun! Elisabeth a competition in San Antonio called the Alamo classic. We could walk to the Alamo from our hotel, plus our hotel room had a balcony! We left Houston about 8:15 on Friday and got there about 11:45. In the morning we went to the Alamo, then on a boat ride (where I fell asleep because I stayed up late and woke up early), went to a Mexican restaurant, then back to the hotel. We went to an art place where there was all these little cool shops. We loved this place called Scent Chips where they made wax with different smells. It was awesome! We then ate pizza for dinner. We had to go to bed early because Elisabeth's competition started early the next morning. In the morning we had leftover pizza for dinner before we left. Luckily the competition was held right across the street. Daddy let me use his camera and I took tons of action pictures. Elisabeth got second place on beam with a 9.7!!!!! Then we went to fuddruckers with her teammate Anna and Coach James and Coach Zach. Then we left San Antonio and came back to Houston. I finished this series called The School for Good and Evil just now. I reccomend it. Hope you had a wonderful weekend! God bless!!!!!!! Oh, and one more thing, Elisabeth fell on her dismount on bars and hit her shins on the bar. She has pretty bad bruises so please pray they will heal quickly. Thank you!

Vacation and Fasting

Well I finally got my blog onto my  Google account. But, (there's always a but) no access to any settings! My verse today is one of my Sunday school verses. "The LORD will fight for you, you need only to be still." Exodus 14:14 Well, I found some books that I like!(I am extremely picky so this is very good) I am reading the Harry Potter series! I am in the middle of the fourth book. We went on a cruise this past weekend! It was my first cruise, my first time out of the country, plus I got to go with friends! It was soooo fun! I was a short cruise, only Thursday afternoon till Monday morning. We went to Cozumel, Mexico. It was so cool! It was my first time going to a beach with blue water and it was amazing! Of course, it can't all be perfect. James did not want to be in either family picture. I fell of the inflatable water park and salty water went gushing up my nose.(Luckily, I had a life jacket) Elisabeth got super motion sick after being in the waves a lot com...
Hi! It's me Abigail again. When I grow up I might be an author. I'm writing a book called Penelope's adventures at dragon valley. Here's a sneak peek at the first chapter.                                               Chapter 1 Penelope the unicorn loved to explore. One day she wanted to explore Dragon Valley.  Everybody feared Dragon valley. She asked, "Does whoever goes to Dragon Valley never come back?" Nobody knew. Penelope galloped out to Dragon Valley. At the same time in Dragon Valley a new born dragon was born. Now dragons grow up really fast. The newborn dragon was  named Judas. Penelope was sure Dragon Valley would be great, but it wasn't at all.  The place where the unicorns lived was magic, and Dragon Valley was terrible.  Unicorns had huge mansions, and each unicorn family got their own. Judas loved fighting with his most strange power:...

Delicious Breakfast Idea

Bible verse (sorry I've been forgetting to do these): "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 If you follow me on Instagram I had a really delicious looking breakfast that I posted a picture of. Here's how I made it. I'll post a picture and comment what you would name it! My _______________ (to be named recipe) Ingredients: Some left over sweet potatoes (I used about a cup I think) [I think we usually eat about 6 peeled, cubed, and tossed with 2 tablespoons of oil and half a teaspoon of salt. Then bake it for 25 minutes at 400 degrees] A quarter of a red bell pepper, sliced The finished product Bacon (I used turkey bacon) Cilantro (optional) An egg white or an egg A pinch of salt A little pepper (optional) Cook the bacon then tear or slice it up(I fried it on a pan but you could also bake it) Oil the pan (I had the heat on medium) Make the egg then put it as...
