The Chili Cookoff

Hello! I had a very fun evening today. It was the chili cook off at the Weinhardt's house. Chili number 1 won for the kids, and chili 3 won for the adults. Elisabeth and I talked to Coach Zach a lot, and people played a lot of cornhole. Plus, Coach Zach said if Elisabeth helps me make a press handstand by the end of February then we both get $25! I have been drawing a lot recently and my signature one is pretty good! Le Lai last night wasn't too bad because great aunt Ellen was there and she taught us this awesome math game where we could outsmart our friend Karis which was awesome! Vacation and Fasting

Well I finally got my blog onto my Google account. But, (there's always a but) no access to any settings! My verse today is one of my Sunday school verses. I am in the middle of the fourth book. We went on a cruise this past weekend! It was my first cruise, my first time out of the country, plus I got to go with friends! It was soooo fun! I was a short cruise, only Thursday afternoon till Monday morning. We went to Cozumel, Mexico. It was so cool! It was my first time going to a beach with blue water and it was amazing! Delicious Breakfast Idea

Here's how I made it. I'll post a picture and comment what you would name it! My _______________ (to be named recipe) Ingredients: Some left over sweet potatoes (I used about a cup I think) [I think we usually eat about 6 peeled, cubed, and tossed with 2 tablespoons of oil and half a teaspoon of salt. Then bake it for 25 minutes at 400 degrees] A quarter of a red bell pepper, sliced The finished product Bacon (I used turkey bacon) Cilantro (optional) An egg white or an egg A pinch of salt A little pepper (optional) Cook the bacon then tear or slice it up(I fried it on a pan but you could also bake it) Oil the pan (I had the heat on medium) Make the egg then put it as...
