Delicious Breakfast Idea

Bible verse (sorry I've been forgetting to do these): "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9

If you follow me on Instagram I had a really delicious looking breakfast that I posted a picture of. Here's how I made it. I'll post a picture and comment what you would name it!
My _______________ (to be named recipe)
Ingredients:
Some left over sweet potatoes (I used about a cup I think) [I think we usually eat about 6 peeled, cubed, and tossed with 2 tablespoons of oil and half a teaspoon of salt. Then bake it for 25 minutes at 400 degrees]
A quarter of a red bell pepper, sliced
The finished product
Bacon (I used turkey bacon)
Cilantro (optional)
An egg white or an egg
A pinch of salt
A little pepper (optional)

  1. Cook the bacon then tear or slice it up(I fried it on a pan but you could also bake it)
  2. Oil the pan (I had the heat on medium)
  3. Make the egg then put it aside (it can be scrambled, fried, poached, etc.)
  4. Put the sweet potatoes and bell peppers on the pan for a few minutes
  5. Add some salt and pepper
  6. Put it in the bowl
  7. Mix in the bacon
  8. Put the egg and cilantro on top
  9. Eat!😋
Some tips and other things about it: If you're in a rush, don't make it because it will take to long. You can also add spinach but we didn't have any.
Don't forget to comment or email me what you would name it! I'll post the decided recipe title next post. Thanks for reading!

Comments

  1. I will try it, may be this weekend!

  2. We think it should be called Leftover Mashup because it looks really tasty, fun to make and uses leftovers. It could also be called anything with the word mashup in it. We are really hungry now!

5 things you probably don't know about me

Brothers,  join in imitating me, and keep your eyes on those who walk  according to the example you have in us.  For  many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you  even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ.   Their end is destruction,  their god is their belly, and  they glory in their shame, with  minds set on earthly things.   But  our citizenship is in heaven, and  from it we  await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,     who will transform  our lowly body  to be like his glorious body,  by the power that enables him even  to subject all things to himself. Philippians 3:17-21 Once again, I'm so sorry for not blogging this past week. I was at D-Camp, which is a camp where my church and a bunch of our sister churches have a camp for middle-schoolers and we get to know each other and God more. The Bible verse above was actually the theme for it. Camp was super fun by the...
