Now we are going to learn about Great Horned Owls.

-Owls can turn their fourth outer toe forward or backward
-Owls have soft velvety body feathers and fringes on their flight feathers to muffle any sounds while flying.
-The Great Horned Owl is the largest species of owl in Texas.
-The ear opening on an owl face forward on the head and they are not symmetrical. In other words, they are not at the same level on each side of the head.This allows an owl to pinpoint the exact spot from which the
sound comes.
-The owl's facial disc ,formed by a ruff of stiff feathers,helps funnel the sound to its ears.

    Wow! That's a lot of buddy movies! I didn't know there were that many! Thanks for sharing all that information on owls! My 1st graders learn about owls towards the ending the school year. Psalm 107:1 Everybody knows slime is the latest craze, so I made some slime on Tuesday, and I wanted to post a video because it turned out so well! The Gum Lady

So, my friend mom Mrs. Stacia, has a lot if gum. She keeps it in a bag called the gum bag; (which led to her nickname) and these are the flavor in it. 1. Grapefruit melon 2. Mentos-tropical 3. Juicy fruit starburst cherry 4. Trident layers-Swedish fish 5. Trident layers-Cherry lime 6. Juicy fruit grape 7. Sour patch watermelon Well, you get the point, she pretty much has or had any gum invented.
