Hi everybody! Today we are going to learn more about Malachite.                                                             Malachite The mineral's strong and persistent color when ground into a powder once made it a popular ingredient for green paint. This was done from antiquity until the year 1800; it was,for instance extracted at King Solomon's mines for over 3000 years. That is all for today. Yesterday we had gymnastics from 4:30 pm-8:30 pm. I made most of my front-hip-circles [a skill I don't know how to explain].I have been working on my front-hip-circles a lot but I rarely make them. It is a skill on bars. We made a shanty but we started getting mosquito bites so we went inside.We did school [We homeschool if you did not know] and watched The Little Prince.

Hello Everybody! I'm using Daddy's computer today because Elisabeth wants to work on her blog too.Today we will learn about Malachite.                                                                    Malachite Malachite is a soft green mineral which usually features swirling patterns of dark green bands.It is composed  of a form of copper carbonate,and usually occurs when there are both copper and limestone deposits. It is often found in association with Azurite,Geothite,or calcite. That's all for today. Yesterday we made a shanty,[well,that's what we call it]in the backyard. In it we do our "geology work." It is basically the play set covered with blankets,but we pretend we live there.We bring all sorts of stuff outside for the shanty.It is so fun!

Hi everybody! I can't write very long because we have church. Yesterday after I typed we went to Alicia's and HEB. At HEB we saw Samantha & Grace with their mom and dad and said hi. Today Mama [Daddy's mom] is leaving. She does a lot of laundry and dishes for us.She also cooks good food and goes shopping and buys really good food. Sorry we cannot learn about anything.

Hello everybody! I'm sorry I haven't written.Today we went to gymnastics from 9:00 am-1:00 pm. Then we went to a pool party from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm though me and Elisabeth got there 45 minutes late.The bathrooms there are flooded about half an inch deep and there were dead leaves everywhere. Disgusting! Then we took showers and James and Daddy went to go get haircuts. Now I'm sitting at Mommy's desk working on my blog. At the pool party Elisabeth did not go swimming because she did not want to risk changing in the bathroom.At gymnastics today we had really hard conditioning [ the way we get stronger].
